About This Class
The BLS Provider Course trains participants to promptly recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Updated with the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines, this course teaches rescue techniques for adults, children (1 year to puberty), and infants (younger than 1 year, excluding newborns). Students will learn and practice high-quality BLS for adults, children, and infants, chest compressions, use of an AED, effective breaths and ventilation, relief of foreign-body airway obstruction, and high-performance team CPR.

Course Completion Requirements
