Will my job accept this certification?
Yes. Our instructors are board certified.
When will we receive our credentials?
You will receive your credentials 3-5 business days after completion of the class. Please ensure that the correct address is on file for you to prevent any problems.
How long are the classes?
Our classes are typically around 3-4 hours depending on the amount of students present.
How long is the certification valid?
Certifications must be renewed every 2 years to ensure that you the holder is up to date on latest CPR practices and procedures.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the class can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class are not eligible for refund, only rescheduling.
Will I receive proof of purchase?
Yes! You will receive an email with your invoice and the class details.
