These terms govern your use of the Redd CPR Plus website and services. By registering for a class, submitting a payment, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these terms. Redd CPR Plus is operated by Redd Security & Fire Prevention Consultation LLC.
1. Class Registration and Payment
To secure a seat in a course, you must complete registration and submit full payment. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Course availability is subject to capacity limits and scheduling requirements.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may reschedule your class without penalty if you give us notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date. Requests made less than 48 hours before the class are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your registration fees.
3. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the timing of your request and any administrative costs already incurred. No refunds will be issued for completed courses, missed classes, or no-show registrations. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Certification Card Delivery
Electronic certification cards (eCards) are typically issued within 1 to 3 business days after successful course completion and verification of attendance. Delivery times may vary due to processing requirements or third-party certification provider delays.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update your account details if anything changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Redd CPR Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, training services, or certification programs.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, training resources, software, and design elements — is the property of Redd CPR Plus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of the website or services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or the courts located in New Jersey, in accordance with the governing law of the State of New Jersey.
