Redd CPR Plus respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Redd CPR Plus is operated by Redd Security & Fire Prevention Consultation LLC.
Information We Collect
When you use the Redd CPR Plus website, we collect the information you provide when you register for a class, submit a corporate training inquiry, or contact us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and — when relevant to your registration — your mailing address. When you register for a class, we also keep records of which class you attended, whether you completed it, and the date and expiration of any certification you earned.
If you make a payment, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our website.
We also automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and basic browser or device details, which help us deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to register you for classes, process payments, issue and track certifications, send you reminders when your certification is approaching expiration, respond to your inquiries, and operate and improve our services. We may also send you transactional emails related to your registration, certification, or inquiry.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and deliver our services, and only to the extent each provider needs it to perform its function. These providers are:
- Stripe, which securely processes class registration payments and corporate invoices. Payment and card details are handled directly by Stripe.
- Resend, which delivers our automated emails — registration confirmations, certification reminders, corporate inquiry confirmations, and related notifications. To do this it processes your name, email address, and the details of the message.
- Supabase, which provides the secure database where your registration and certification records are stored.
- Render, which hosts the website application that runs the service.
- Cloudflare, which provides security, secure connections, and content delivery for the website, and which processes technical information such as your IP address for these purposes.
- Google, which provides our business email (the inbox that receives your messages), as well as mapping and font services used on the site.
Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy and security commitments and uses it only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our students, or the public.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of essential cookies so it can function properly. These include a cookie that keeps administrators securely logged in, security cookies provided by Cloudflare to protect the site, and cookies set by Stripe during the payment process. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your certification records and expiration dates through and beyond your certification cycle so that we can send renewal reminders and maintain your certification history. We retain your records until you ask us to delete them, or for up to two years after a certification lapses without renewal, whichever comes first. We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us at info@reddcprplus.com or by calling us. We aim to respond to your request within 24 to 48 hours.
Consent for Photos and Videos
We will provide a consent form before using any photo or video that includes your likeness. With your signed consent, Redd CPR Plus and its parent company, Redd Security & Fire Prevention Consultation LLC, may use those photos and videos in future marketing and promotion of our services and website. We hold the rights to photos and videos for which consent has been provided.
Children's Privacy
Our training is intended for adults — both individuals and working professionals — in the teaching of high-quality CPR. Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Minors under 18 may attend a class only when accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for any information provided on the minor's behalf.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will post the updated policy with a new effective date and send an email notification.
