At Redd CPR Plus, we understand that unexpected situations may require students to change their training plans. To provide flexibility while ensuring class availability for all participants, the following refund and rescheduling policy applies to all course registrations. Redd CPR Plus is operated by Redd Security & Fire Prevention Consultation LLC.
Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Class
Students who cancel their registration at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund of all course fees paid. Refund requests may be submitted by email at info@reddcprplus.com, by phone, or through any contact method listed on our website.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Class
Students who request to cancel or reschedule within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund. However, students may transfer their registration to a future class by paying a $25 administrative rescheduling fee. Rescheduled classes are subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund, and no-show registrations will not be transferred to a future class.
Instructor Cancellations
If Redd CPR Plus cancels a class due to instructor availability, weather conditions, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the option to either:
- reschedule to another available class at no additional cost, or
- receive a full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider. Most refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval, although some financial institutions may require additional time.
